TOP 11 OF 2011

Hello girls!!!
You have probably noticed I haven’t posted for a while, but I am back! If you follow me on twitter you should already know that I have moved in a new home and I had no internet access. Now I will blog more, even if there are still a few technical problems…
During 2011 I have tried so many products but only a few are in my heart. Wanna know which ones received all of my love during this year- which is almost over by the way?
I am going to finish this one before buying another pressed powder
I am in love with both the Dior Pressed Powder and the Nude Powder by Neve Make Up. They work both amazingly in my skin and keep my make up in perfect all day long.
I have already told you that the best concealer I have ever tried is the Healthy Mix Correcting Concealer by Bourjois. I have bought it 3 times during 2011 and I am ready to buy it for the forth time!
KIKO Adjustable Colour Blush in 02 Fancy Coral is the perfect pink/coral blush for me. It’s a little bit shimmery and that make it ideal even for highlighting. It lasts long for so long and that’s why I prefer it from other blushes. You know, I am not the girl that retouches her make up during the day.
The NYX Mosaic Powder is the multi-purpose product that I used nearly every single day during 2011. I use it as blush, eye shadow, highlighter and, of course, for contouring. I have already reviewed it here.
I use Primavera by Neve Makeup nearly everyday. Such a sweet shade that I love to use it especially for my everyday natural looks.
A palette that I use for every look is the Fraulein 3°8 72 Nude Colors palette.
And, of course, I can not forget to mention my favorite eyeshadow base. There is no chance to apply an eyeshadow without using my Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
2011 was the year I started to use many different lip shades. I dared to try intense shades,my very first red lipstick and brownish/purple hues. But I have to admit that I am mad about the all day classic and natural Miracle Shine No3 by Layla Cosmetics. When I want a touch of color, I know I can’t go wrong with The Body Shop Coloourglide Lip Colour in Pink Ginger (no14). And if you are wondering about the gloss that captured my attention, it is the MAC Geo Pink Cremesheen Glass from the Semi-Precious collection.
It was hard to find only 11 products. I wanted to add 3 more but never mind! I’m gonna stop here!!!
So which products did you use the most during 2011? I can’t wait to read your comments or even your blog posts!!!
Have an amazing Friday beauties!

October 2011 Loves

Hey dolls!!!
How are you? I am exhausted and I feel like if I am getting ill… I hope it’s just my idea.
Today I had a full day, but I couldn’t resist not writing about the products I used the most and I (re)loved last month.

Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint SPF15: I am using this product for about two months. I like to use it the days that I want a natural look and not  a full-coverage. But stay tuned! I will review it this week!

Dior Skin Poudre Compacte:  One of the best powders I have ever used. Love the finish. And of course the package!hehe! I nearly finished it…keep reading because I will…promise you something.

Garnier Roll-On Anti-dark circles: I started to try it last month and I like it. Works pretty well and conceales perfectly my dark circles.

NYX Mosaic Powder: What could I add for that little miracle? Who wouldn’t love a versatile product with a great quality? Take a look on the review I wrote a few days ago (click!)

MAC Da Bling Eyeshadow: A pink eyeshadow that I use in different looks. I blend it with vanilla colors, brown, grey and a million other options. Last month I think I overused it… Is that a crime?

Sigma Angled Contour F40: I got this with my Nice in Pink Travel Kit. I think it’s an amazing brush and I use it like crazy! Precise, soft and pink!

I thought of adding a part at my montly favorites posts. I will let you know which products I would like to finish till the end of the month. And I promise not to buy a product of the same kind before finishing them! You know I didn’t make it to the Project Pan, but I think the *To Finish* list will work for me. Let’s try it…

So, on November I want to finish
*Dior Skin Poudre Compacte
*Liz Earle Skin Repair Light Moisturiser
*Bourjois Healthy Mix Concealer

What did you like during October, ladies? Which products did you use the most? Do you do lists of the products you want to finish before buying a new of the same kind?

Huggies girls!!!

NYX Mosaic Powder Blush in Peachy

I always wanted to try out NYX products. I think they have amazing shades in pretty good prices. When I decided to buy something, I chose the Mosaic Powder Blush. A blush is something that I would use in one or another way. That’s why I bought a neutral shade, so that I could use it as blush, bronzer or even for the contouring.

The shade I have is PEACHY, which contains 5 natural shades. The shades are not very shimmery; just as much as we want it to be si that it would offer a nice and healthy glow on our skin. I like the concept of the five shades in one, ’cause I can mix them or use them alone. I have used mine as blush, bronzer, eyeshadow, highligher and for contouring. That’s what I call versatile product, don’t you think?

Once applied it offers a nice glow on the face without being excessive. The shade I got warms the skin and that’s why I think that it is suitable for all skin tones, especially for those with fair to medium skin tone.

The texture is smooth, fine and it blends easily into the skin. Even if you are not really into make up, it would be easy to apply it and blend it. As for the pigmentation, it’s good, but I think that you need to take a little bit of colour to have a nice result.

The packaging is simple, but with a professional look: a lightweight black plastic container with trasparent plastic at the top. The classic NYX packaging.

It costs $8, which is a very good price for a multi purpose product like this one. the Mosaic Powder is available in 12 different shades. Take a look at NYX’s site (click!)

If I would rebuy it? Of course!!! NYX Powder Mosaic has become my favorite blush/ bronzer and I love to use it even in my eyes. Plus, the Peachy shade is  one of the products that could save you during the day or that every girl has to have in her beauty case when she travels. That’s absolutely a MUST HAVE!

Have you ever tried it girls? What have you got from NYX? Are you satisfied with the quality?

Let me know what you think!
