I often make my own homemade beauty recipes and spoil myself. I truly believe that using some products that I have in my kitchen can be much more effective thatn buying an expensive mask or scrub. Plus it is cheaper!
That’s why I thought of posting one or two homemade beauty recipes per week. Do you like the idea?
When it comes to hair I don’t do much. I rarely buy hair masks and I am bored of using them every week. I prefer to make my own hair masks using grandma’s little secrets. Here are my two favorite hair masks for shiny hair.
Honey and Milk Mask
In a small bowl mix 1tbs honey, 1tbs milk and 2 eggs. Then apply the mask uniformly on your tresses and leave at least 7 minutes. Rinse off with tepid water.
They say that if you do this mask twice a week you will see amazing results. I do it once every two weeks and I can notice the difference!
Citrus Hair Mask
The citrus hair mask will help you bring back the natural gloss in your hair.
Mix the juice of half an orange and half lemon, add 2tbs olive oil and 2 tbs of green tea leaves. You should get a paste. Apply this paste on your stands and start massaging your scalp. Leave for about 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
(I adore the smell of this mask)
Do you use homemade beauty recipes? Do you have any secret ones?
Be Beautiful , people!
Kisses!
